2SLGBTQIA+ Inclusivity Training

Enroll at least 70% of your leadership team in at least one 2SLGBTQIA+ inclusivity training, complete the training, and complete training evaluation form.

Why this Commitment?

Prioritizing DEI initiatives is pivotal for promoting equitable opportunities and fostering a sense of inclusion within the Bow Valley community. This commitment underscores an organizational dedication to creating a welcoming environment for all individuals. Without the commitment of leaders at all levels of the organization these aspirational goals will not reflect the lived experiences of your employees and guests. Regardless of where an organization may be on its DEI journey the opportunities to learn and seek out understanding abound.

Evaluation Plan

To complete this commitment, ensure at least 70% of your leadership team attends one of the training options listed in Resources. For the purposes of this commitment, Leadership Team means Senior Leaders (C-Suite), Management and Supervisors. After the training, complete the 2SLGBTQIA+ Workplace Inclusivity Training Follow Up Form and send the completed form to the Bow Valley Pride Network.
