Mikael Hellstrom holds a PhD in political science from the University of Alberta, and has worked with immigration and settlement for 23 years on both sides of the Atlantic. He has worked extensively with bridging newcomers to jobs, as well as with research on how to deliver services to create a more welcoming community.
