The Commitment:

  • During the recruitment process, offer to provide written interview questions before and at interviews.

Why This Commitment?

Making this accommodation during the recruitment process will benefit a wide range of candidates. There are many ways to share interview questions in writing during the interview. You don’t need to provide questions in advance (although you might want to) and you don’t need to let candidates leave with the questions.

How To Complete This Commitment (Evaluation Plan)

Before the interview and at the start of the interview, let candidates know that you can provide written interview questions upon request.

In October 2022, we’ll ask you to provide:

  • A document outlining your hiring process that indicates where, when, and how you offer written interview questions with candidates.
