ACCES Employment helps employers to effectively move through challenges related to cultural bias in communicating with, and retaining, racialized employees. The overall strategy for increasing employee retention involves fostering an inclusive and diverse work environment.
In this interactive workshop, we will discuss and address a variety of strategies. We will also provide an overview of the importance of cultural sensitivity in establishing and maintaining an inclusive work environment for all employees
